A Chartered Accountant, joined the Board in June 2004. He is the Chairman of Analyst Investment Management plc and Chairman of Sokao SA in Belgium. He has held a number of public company directorships, both in an executive and non-executive capacity, including appointments as Finance Director of Fosesco plc, Hepworth PLC and RMC Group Plc.
