Alpha 3 Manufacturing launched in January 2007, consolidates three manufacturing businesses under one organisation, CCS Electronics, DEM Manufacturing (previously Deltron Emcon), CTL ManufacturingAlpha 3 Manufacturing was created to meet a growing demand for UK-based electromechanical sub-assembly, which is not easily met by offshore facilities. It is committed to delivering world-class products and services with a lean manufacturing philosophy as the vehicle for continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery and service.
The company employs over 240 staff across its three facilities. Each site benefits from having integrated business systems and central management support enabling them to operate more cost effectively, with more flexibility and to provide a wider scope of services.
