History:

Abacus Sweden, previously Promax then Abacus Promax, was founded in December 1985 opening its first office in Sweden in 1992. In 1994 it became a member of the Abacus Group plc. Since then further offices across Sweden have been established and the product portfolio extended. In January 2006 Abacus Group acquired Deltron Electronics and merged the Swedish business, Deltron Freber AB, with Abacus Promax to create the current business Abacus Sweden AB.

Abacus Sweden is supported logistically by a distribution warehouse in Them, Denmark and four further warehouses across Europe.
